The Gardener’s Guild

The Gardener’s Guild
You're invited to join the Gardener's Guild

The Gardener’s Guild is a limited retail membership that provides select access to Linden Hill Nursery, a working wholesale nursery.

Linden Hill Nursery is not a retail garden center. Our primary focus remains serving landscape professionals, designers, and trade clients. The Gardener’s Guild was created in response to strong interest from passionate home gardeners who value the same level of plant quality, rarity, and selection.

This membership offers a way to experience the nursery within a structured framework that allows us to maintain our trade operations.

      What to Expect

Members have access to a curated and ever-changing inventory that reflects what we are actively sourcing for our trade clients. This includes:

      • Rare and unusual plants
      • High-quality woody material (trees and shrubs)
      • Seasonal perennials and specialty plants
      • Unique garden elements and materials

Inventory is not merchandised like a retail garden center. Availability changes frequently, and plants are often grouped for operational efficiency rather than for display.

      Member Benefits

      • Access to shop the nursery during designated Guild hours
      • Invitations to special shopping events and preview nights ahead of public sales
      • Access to select lectures and garden talks typically reserved for trade clients
      • Plant sourcing assistance from our experienced team

While we are happy to help locate plants, availability is never guaranteed. Our sourcing efforts prioritize existing trade relationships.

      Important Notes

      • The nursery operates as a working wholesale facility
      • Staff availability on the grounds may be limited outside of checkout
      • Members shop independently and bring their selections to the nursery office for purchase

The Gardener’s Guild is designed for experienced gardeners who are comfortable navigating a nursery environment and selecting plant material independently.

Narcissus ‘Cheerfulness’, a late-season, double daffodil extending the spring display.

A hydrangea showing stress from recent freezing temperatures. Plants that appear delayed or lifeless are often still viable. Give them time before making any cuts.
